What to wear to your appointment?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your massage that you can easily take off and put back on. Oils are used for all massages, and therefore your clothes may get oil residue on after treatment, so wear something you don’t mind getting oily.

Take a shower if you can beforehand, a warm rinse can open your pores and start to relax those muscles. No problem if you can’t, if coming from work etc this is just a suggestion. Be sure to drink plenty of water little before treatment and a lot after.

What to wear on the massage table?

I will leave the room, while you undress down to your underwear then lie on the massage bed and cover yourself with the large towel/ blanket provided, get nice and comfy. Then I will re-enter the room when you are covered and ready. You can also wear shorts during your massage too, if you wish. Whatever is more comfortable for you. During the treatment you will be covered with towels and your modesty protected at all times. Private areas are covered by the towels at all times on the massage table, for the duration of your session and only the body part being worked on will be undraped.
